  • 2 pounds Chicken, cut into chunks (we used boneless, skinless thigh meat0
  • 1 jar Cookwell & Company Roasted Red Pepper & Tomato Soup
  • 2 heaping tablespoons roasted, minced Garlic
  • 2 heaping tablespoons, minced Ginger
  • 2 heaping capfuls Adams Reserve Garam Masala
  • 1 can Coconut Milk
  • 1 bunch Green Onions, sliced for garnish

Heat 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil in Dutch oven or heavy pot over medium high heat, add Garlic and Ginger and sauté until fragrant, about 2 minutes

Season Chicken with Garam Masala and add to Ginger-Garlic and cook until browned, about 10 – 15 minutes

Add Roasted Red Pepper & Tomato soup and simmer for 15 minutes, then add Coconut Milk and simmer for another 20 minutes.

Serve over White Rice and garnish with Green Onion

Prep Time: 5 minutes Serves 4 – 6

  • 1 – Bag Fresh Express Angel Hair Cole Slaw
  • ½ Jar Green Valley Sesame Ginger Dressing
  • ¼ Cup Toasted Sesame Seeds
  1.  Toss all Ingredients together to mix well
  2.  Serve with Jamaican Pulled Pork Sandwiches, either as side dish or directly on the sandwich with the pork.

 Sea Bass Filets

Adams Reserve Crystallized Ginger

High Quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Sea Salt and Fresh Ground Pepper

  1.  Preheat Oven to 400° with rack in middle of oven.
  2.  Cut Parchment Paper large enough to encase the sea bass, drizzle olive oil in center of paper the size of the filet(s).
  3.  Soak 1 tablespoon of ginger per filet in hot water to moisten.
  4.  Season filets with salt and pepper to taste, place in center of paper and top with ginger. Create wrapper for sea bass so all filets are covered well, hold in place with toothpick if necessary
  5.  Place package on cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until fish is opaque in the middle.
