Ivory King Salmon Filets

Cookwell & Company Veracruz Sauce

Adam’s Reserve Southwest Rub

Coat Salmon with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and season with Southwest Rub

Heat 1/2 cup Olive Oil in heavy skillet over medium high heat until shimmering, fry Salmon, skin side down first and then turn until crispy and desired degree of doneness is attained.

Heat Veracruz Sauce until bubbling.  Place Salmon on serving plate and spoon hot Veracruz Sauce over.  Serve with Steamed Rice

  • 2 pounds Roast, cubed
  • 1 container Central Market Organics Beef Broth
  • 1 jar Texas on the Plate Soppin’ Sauce
  • 2 cups Bodacious Red Wine
  • 1 bag Pearl Onions
  • 1 – 16 ounce bag Carrot Chips
  • 1 – 10 ounce bag Baby Bella Mushrooms, sliced

Heat 1/2 cup Olive Oil in Dutch oven or heavy pot over high heat, sear Beef Cubes

Add Bodacious Red Wine and bring to boil, boil for 8 minutes

Add Broth, Soppin’ Sauce, Onions, Carrots and Mushrooms

Bring back to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes

Place in serving dishes

  • 3 tablespoons Adams Reserve Southwest Ancho
  • 2 pounds Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 jar Cookwell & Company Veracruz Sauce

Heat 1/2 cup Olive Oil in heavy skillet over medium high heat

Season Shrimp with Southwest Ancho Seasoning

Saute Shrimp until just turning pink, add Veracruz Sauce, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes

Serve with White Rice

  • 1 jar Cookwell & Company Cacciatore Sauce
  • 1 pound Bay Scallops
  • 1 pound Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons Adams Reserve Southwest Ancho

Heat 1/2 cup Olive Oil in heavy skillet over medium high heat, season Scallops and Shrimp with Southwest Ancho Seasoning

Saute Shrimp and Scallops until Shrimp just turns pink

Add Cacciatore Sauce and simmer for 7 minutes.

Serve over white rice.

  • 20 Southwest Flour Tortillas
  • 3/4 pound Alaskan Cod, cubed
  • 3/4 pound Shrimp, peeled, deveined and coarsely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons Adams Reserve Southwest Ancho Rub
  • 1 Onion, diced
  • 16 ounces Queso Fresco, crumbled
  • 1 jar Roberts Reserve Pineapple Coconut Mango Tequila Sauce
  • 8 ounce bag Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese

Chop, dice and slice Cod, Shrimp and Onions

Season with Southwest Ancho Rub

Heat 1/2 cup Olive Oil in heavy skillet over medium high heat, add Onion, Cod pieces and Shrimp, saute for 6 minutes.  Remove from heat and set aside.

Place approximately one ounce of Crumbled Queso Fresco on tortilla

Add two ounces of Shrimp-Cod mixture

Drizzle with Pineapple Coconut Mango Tequila Sauce

Roll up and place in a 13 X 9 inch oiled baking dish.

When all enchiladas are done drizzle remaining sauce over enchiladas

Top with Mexican Blend Cheese

Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees, or until cheese is melted and slightly browned on edges

Serve and Enjoy

  • 2 pounds Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 jar Global Palate Red Curry
  • 2 Onions, diced
  • 2 Bananas, sliced
  • 1 large Tomato, diced with juice
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, chopped
  • Lime Wedges for Garnish

Heat 1/2 cup Olive Oil in heavy skillet over medium high heat, meanwhile chop, slice and dice your fruits and vegetables

Saute Onions and Bell Pepper for 4 minutes

Add Curry Sauce and bring to a boil

Reduce heat and add Shrimp, Tomato, Banana and simmer for 5 minutes or until shrimp is done

Serve over Basmati Rice and garnish with Lime Wedges

  • 1 jar Global Palate Indian Sindhi Curry Sauce
  • 2 pounds Chicken, cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1 Onion, diced
  • 1 small container Greek Yogurt
  • 1 – 15 ounce can Diced Tomatoes
  • 1/2 bunch Fresh Cilantro, chopped
  • Adams Reserve Garam Masala Spice
  • Lime Wedges for Garnish

Heat 1/2 cup Olive Oil in heavy pan over medium high heat, season Chicken with Garam Masala and saute for 5 minutes

Add Onion and saute for 3 more minutes

Add Tomatoes, Yogurt, Cilantro and Sindhi Curry Sauce, bring to a boil

Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

Serve with Jasmine Rice and garnish with Lime Wedges
