It’s bbq time and this is a fabulous burger creation, Cheffy. What most people don’t realize – beef itself doesn’t have any flavour. It is SO important to of course use salt and pepper. – But this creation has all the addictive seasonings we long for. The combination of the slaw and the burger is brilliant. Now if we could just get the week-end cooks to stop squishing burgers as they cook on the grill. V.
