These Hot Wings are Terrific.  The Piri Piri Sauce is a traditional Portuguese Sauce made from the Bird Pepper, which has a very unique flavor and is wonderfully spicy

These are so very easy to make and fun to eat!

  • 3 pounds Drummets or any Chicken Wing
  • 1 jar Green Valley Ranch Piri Piri Sauce

Heat oven to 400 degrees.  Coat Wings on all sides with Piri Piri Sauce.

Place on foil lined baking sheet and bake for 1 hour or longer until done and tender.

Remove to serving dish and spoon any remaining Piri Piri over wings.

Serve with Blue Cheese Dressing and Celery Sticks

  • 1 container Fully Cooked Pork Carnitas
  • 1 jar That Green Sauce
  • 1 jar Cookwell & Company Queso (Fat Free and Sugar Free)
  • 1 can Crisp and Sweet Corn, drained
  • 1 can Charro Beans, drained
  • 1 bag Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese
  • 12 Corn Tortillas
  • Pico de Gallo

Heat Pork in large pot over medium high heat with 1/2 cup water, break meat apart and cut any large chunks into bite sized pieces.

When hot add:  Green Sauce, Queso, Corn and Beans, mix well to incorporate and heat until bubbling

Tear Corn Tortillas into quarters and place half the torn pieces in bottom of 13 X 9 inch baking dish

Top with half the Pork Mixture, then half the Cheese

Repeat layer with remainder of ingredients, ending with Shredded Cheese

Bake in 375 degree oven for 20 minutes, until golden brown

Remove from oven and place on serving dishes and garnish with Pico de Gallo

This Dip is so quick and easy.  Perfect if friends drop over unexpectedly or if you want to perk up your party.

Also wonderful on toasted English muffins on a cold morning!

  • 1 – 12 ounce container Whipped Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 jar Robert’s Reserve Roasted Pineapple and Habanero
  • Walnut Pieces

Mix Cream Cheese and Roasted Pineapple and Habanero together until well incorporated.

Place on Serving Dish and garnish with Walnut Pieces……..done!

  • 8 ounce package Mascarpone Cheese
  • 1/2 bottle Robert’s Reserve Raspberry Chipotle Sauce
  • 2 tubes Crescent Rolls

 

 

 

 

 

 

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  Combine Mascarpone and Raspberry Chipotle in mixing bowl until well incorporated.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Line cookie sheet with foil.  Place heaping teaspoon of Cheese Mixture on Crescent piece and roll up.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Bake until golden brown.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Remove from oven and let cool prior to placing on Serving Dish, great with Red Wine!

  • 2 pounds Eggplant (about 2 large eggplants)
  • Adams Reserve Garam Masala
  • 1 jar Robert’s Reserve Roasted Red Pepper and Onion
  • Ottavio Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 cup uncooked Wild and Brown Rice Blend

Cook Rice according to package directions. 

Cut Eggplant in half lengthwise and score cut side with diamond pattern, generously drizzle Olive Oil over Eggplant, sprinkle 2 tablespoons Garam Masala on each half and then drizzle more Olive Oil over.

Bake in 400 degree oven for 45 minutes or until very soft.

Remove from oven and scrape flesh from skin and discard skin.

Cut Eggplant into bite sized pieces and mix in jar of Roasted Red Pepper and Onion

Serve with Rice and Crispy Breadsticks

  • Red Snapper Filets
  • Green Valley Ranch Jamaican Jerk Sauce
  • Ottavio Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Heat Olive Oil in heavy skillet over high heat until almost smoking

Cut Slits on both sides of Snapper

Fry in Olive Oil until crisp on both sides

Remove to holding plate, discard Olive Oil, add Jamaican Jerk Sauce to pan and heat until bubbling

Return Snapper to pan and turn to evenly coat Filets

Place on Serving Platter and pour any remaining Sauce over Fish Garnish with Lime Wedges

  • 1 – 16 ounce package Ground Light Sausage
  • 1 – 11 ounce container Chopped Onion
  • 1 jar Green Valley Ranch Marionberry and Jalapeno Sauce
  • 2 cans Great Northern Beans
  • 1 jar Tomato Tapenade
  • 1 carton Baby Spinach & Baby Kale mix
  • Sliced Baguette
  • Grated Parmigiano Reggiano

Cook Sausage in large  heavy pot until no longer pink, add Onion and continue to saute for 7 minutes, add Tapenade, Beans and Marionberry Sauce, bring to a boil and add Spinach and Kale, cook for 3 minutes or until greens are wilted.

Pour mixture into a 13 X 9 inch baking dish and top with Sliced Baguette pieces and then Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese.

Bake in 375 degree oven until bubbling and cheese is browned.

Spoon onto serving plates and enjoy!

  • 1 carton Central Market Organics Chicken Broth
  • 1 jar Green Valley Ranch Creole Simmering Sauce
  • 2 cans Diced Tomatoes with Celery, Onion and Bell Pepper
  • 1 pound Raw Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 links Garlic Chicken Sausage
  • 2 cups uncooked Long Grain Rice

Slice Sausage

Heat Dutch oven or large pot over high heat and add Shrimp and Sausage Slices, heat for 3 minutes

Add Broth and Creole Sauce, bring to a boil

Add Tomatoes and Rice return to a boil and cover, simmer for 20 to 30 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and rice is soft

Enjoy!

  • 1 package ground Italian Sausage, mild
  • 1 jar Cookwell & Company Roasted Red Pepper and Tomato Soup
  • 1 container chopped Squash and Portobello Mushroom or Veggies of your choice

Saute Sausage in large pot until no longer pink

Add Vegetables and continue to saute for  7 minutes

Add Red Pepper and Tomato Soup and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes

Serve with crusty Artisan Bread
