• Italian Seasoned Chicken Breast
  • 1 – 29 ounce can Homestyle Veg-All
  • 1 jar Cookwell & Company Cacciatore
  • 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Chop Chicken into bite sized piece

Saute Chicken in Olive Oil over medium high heat in Dutch oven or heavy pot

When Chicken is done, add Veg-All, mix to incorporate

Add Cacciatore and bring to a boil

Simmer for 10 minutes

Serve with crusty Artisan Bread

        Today I measured the long wall in the pantry – 108 inches. Then into the garage and measured the stainless steel tabling – complete with drawers and shelves and even warming lights. 110 inches! And here’s me imagining a butler’s pantry – all sophisticated with restaurant rumors and stacks of plates waiting to take their place at the dinner table. Oh well, back to the drawing board AND definitely a glass of Chianti. Virginia

        Remove two inches of the wall, it can be done with the empy chianti bottle!

    Today I went to HEB Plus in CC and sampled bread/olive oil and wine. I am not sure that my local HEB has caccatorie but I did find some new wines to try. I wished for Chef Emil!!!! Thankfully I still have you.

      If your store has a Cooking Connection Department they have the Caccatorie. I can’t wait for you to stop by Boerne so that we can meet! We need to have Virginia join us for a party!!
