• 2 pounds Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 jar Global Palate Red Curry
  • 2 Onions, diced
  • 2 Bananas, sliced
  • 1 large Tomato, diced with juice
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, chopped
  • Lime Wedges for Garnish

Heat 1/2 cup Olive Oil in heavy skillet over medium high heat, meanwhile chop, slice and dice your fruits and vegetables

Saute Onions and Bell Pepper for 4 minutes

Add Curry Sauce and bring to a boil

Reduce heat and add Shrimp, Tomato, Banana and simmer for 5 minutes or until shrimp is done

Serve over Basmati Rice and garnish with Lime Wedges

    You are top banana with this recipe. Bananas are fabulous in curries and this is a dynamite hot dish. Bring it on, and the hotter the better. Virginia

        Now that you have me thinking of curries and bananas I have gone to our restaurant recipe book for our recipe of chicken curry with bananas and pecans. This fiery hot-sweet dish was on our menu for so long I was certain people must be bored with it. The day I took it off I had a minor food riot. Back it went on the next day. When creating it this dish we made it – and ate it every night for three weeks – until we felt we had fine turned it to perfection. I really must make this again if only to share it with you.
